Welcome to the Rustic and Resin Workshop where reclaimed timber and sustainable timber are used in our handmade furniture with the subtle use of resin making each piece of furniture unique.
All furniture is designed to be used in the home or office with special heavy-duty pieces such as radiator covers, TV Protection Boxes and Beds suitable for use in the supported living care home sector.

Constructed entirely of scaffold boards supported on 6 100 mm x 100 mm thick legs, all bolt construction. Sanded and stained finish.
Heavy duty beds are made to withstand extremes of body weight and heavy day-to-day use.

Our bespoke luxury Dog crates are designed to be a robust stylish and functional pieces of furniture.
The solid framework is constructed from responsibly sourced timber and has a stain and wax finish. The panels are primed in grey for an elegant look and then rebated into the framework for strength and security.
The steel bars and frames are handmade and painted black which are then bolted into the framework. The solid reclaimed timber tops are finished in the standard stain and wax or can be finished with a special resin, scorched or distressed finish.

Radiator Cover

The radiator covers are a heavy duty construction of a frame and front. These are designed to withstand heavy knocks and bangs associated with constant daily use. The frames can be made from either a solid timber with a stain and waxed finish or an MDF frame finished in grey primer. All fronts are made from MDF finished in grey primer. Special order painted fronts available on request.

Large brackets are 125 at the rear and 225 in length with a lip at the front

Scorched finish
The surface is burnt, then brushed to leave a unique look and feel. Colours may be added to enhance the effect. The colours are natural, red, blue and green with a clear wax overlay.
Distressed look
Random cuts are made into the wood to give a well-seasoned appearance, then waxed and stained
Resin
Resin stripe, inlays and rivers available in mica, blue, red, green and yellow.
Resin finish is only available on tops
All river finishes have a maximum of 10 cm width and single colour only
Frames and legs
Black finish, other legs and colours are available on request. Harpin and small square.
Skirting and architrave
It would be advisable to over-order as there is no guarantee of a perfect colour match if further supplies are required at a later date
